the Standing Proof Affiliate Program
Recommend the record, not the résumé.
Standing Proof is a permanent record of what a person has actually done at work, with the evidence behind it, that every résumé and interview is built from. It is free to start, which makes it easy to recommend: nobody has to buy anything to see whether it is for them.
Affiliates share a link. When an account that arrived through it pays, the affiliate earns 20% of every plan payment for 12 months. Affiliates are approved by hand, a few at a time.
How it works
Step 1
You share your link
Your affiliate ID is the end of it. Put it wherever you already talk to the people you reach.
Step 2
They start, free
Whoever arrives creates a free account and begins writing down what they have done. Nothing to buy.
Step 3
The record does the convincing
Your ID is written on the account the day it is created and stays there. The cookie lasts 90 days; the attribution lasts.
Step 4
You earn 20% for 12 months
When that account pays, you earn 20% of each plan payment for its first 12 paid months, payable 45 days after each one.
What that comes to
Arithmetic on the published prices, nothing more. What any affiliate earns depends on who they send and who stays; we make no claim about that.
| Plan | They pay | You earn a month | Over 12 months |
|---|---|---|---|
| Early Career | $9/mo | $1.80 | $21.60 |
| Professional | $29/mo | $5.80 | $69.60 |
| Executive | $59/mo | $11.80 | $141.60 |
Free accounts earn nothing. Annual plans earn the same share of what is actually paid, at once: a year’s payment counts as all twelve months. An upgrade raises the commission with the price; a cancellation stops it.
The rules of attribution, as built
- First link wins. An account belongs to the affiliate whose link it arrived through first, and is never re-attributed.
- Written at creation. The ID goes on the account the moment it is created. A cookie carries it there for 90 days; after that a visit without your link attributes to nobody.
- Paid accounts only. The commission is 20% of money actually received, for the account’s first 12 paid months. Free accounts, taxes and refunds earn nothing.
- Payable after 45 days. Each payment’s commission becomes payable 45 days later, so a refund or chargeback lands first. After the hold, a reversal comes off your next payout.
- A tax form before the first payout. A W-9 in the United States, a W-8 elsewhere, collected when you onboard.
Who we are looking for
People who already reach the people Standing Proof is for, whose work is complemented by an evidence record rather than replaced by it, and who will say why they use or recommend it in their own words. We are not recruiting anyone to post copy.
Résumé writers and career coaches
Your client keeps the evidence you helped them recover. It is why they come back to you.
Executive coaches
Board and leadership evidence, kept by the executive rather than in your notes.
LinkedIn, job-search and layoff creators
Something useful to send people that is free to start and is not another résumé builder.
Veteran career organizations
Translation from service to civilian roles starts with what was actually done, written down once.
Professional associations and alumni groups
A member benefit that costs the member nothing to begin.
College and early-career career services
Students document internships and projects while they still remember them.
Project-management and HR creators
The audience that already knows the value of a record.

What an affiliate gets
An affiliate ID and a link
Your ID is a short code you choose with us. Your link is the home page with it on the end, and the link builder below makes it for you.
Your numbers, on your own page
How many accounts arrived through your link, how many are on a paid plan, what you have earned and what has been paid, on a private page we email you the link to. Counts, never names.
The resources
Approved descriptions, the one sentence to say, the disclosure line, the mark, and product screenshots you may use. Below.
The rules
Short, and enforced. An affiliate who breaks one is switched off; what was already attributed stays on the record, and commissions earned by the conduct are voided. The Affiliate Program Terms cover these in full, with how and when you are paid; you accept them when you set up payouts, and nothing is paid until they are in place.
- 01Do not refer yourself, or create accounts to be referred.
- 02Do not run paid search on our brand or product names without written permission.
- 03Do not post your link to coupon or deal sites, or scrape one.
- 04Do not make claims about income, employment, interviews or jobs Standing Proof will produce, or quote any outcome statistic. We publish none.
- 05Do not send unsolicited bulk email or messages carrying your link.
- 06Do not write or solicit paid reviews, present yourself as Standing Proof, or as employed by it.
- 07Describe the product only as it is. Our Method and Trust pages are the boundary of what may be said.
And one thing you must do: disclose that you are an affiliate wherever your link appears. The wording is in the resources.

The one sentence
“Start documenting what you have actually accomplished. It is free.”
Nobody has to buy anything for this to be true, which is why it is the sentence.
The mark

Use it beside the name, unaltered, never as part of your own logo, handle or domain.
Short (30 words)
Standing Proof is where you write down what you have actually done at work, once, with the evidence behind it. Every résumé, application and interview answer is built from that record instead of from memory. Free to start.
Medium (80 words)
Most people rebuild their career from memory every time they need a résumé, and lose the detail that would have made the difference. Standing Proof is a permanent record of what you have actually done: each experience written down with what changed and how much, the evidence attached, kept by you. When a posting arrives, the product reads it as a list of requirements and shows you which of your experiences answer each one, then builds the résumé from those. Free to start; the record is yours on every plan.
Long (180 words)
A résumé is a claim. Standing Proof is the record behind it. You document each experience once, in your own words: the situation, what you did, what changed, and the numbers, with any evidence attached. The record is yours, on every plan, forever. When you have a role in mind, you paste the posting and the product reads it the way a hiring manager does, as requirements, and maps each one to the experiences that answer it, so you can see the gaps before an interviewer does. The résumé is compiled from that map, in your own words, with every experience line traceable to an experience you recorded; a verification lab checks it before you send it, and an interview room lets you defend every line out loud. Paid plans add the AI that does the reading and drafting for you, more storage, and the executive and document tools. The free plan runs the whole method by hand, and the record you build there stays yours.
Three posts, to make your own
- Before your next résumé, write down what you actually did in your current job while you still remember the numbers. I use Standing Proof for this; it is free to start and the record stays yours.
- The hardest part of a job search is not writing the résumé, it is remembering what you did two roles ago. Standing Proof fixes the remembering. Free to start.
- For my clients: keep your evidence somewhere that is not the last résumé you sent. Standing Proof is what I recommend, and it is free to begin.
Add your link and the disclosure. Change the words to yours.

Subject: Write it down before you need it
Most people rebuild their career from memory every time a résumé is due, and the detail that would have mattered is gone.
