Designs
6 designs. One structure underneath.
Most builders offer hundreds of templates and quietly let some of them break machine parsing: two columns, a sidebar, a skills chart, a name inside a text box. Standing Proof offers 6, and every one of them is built on the same conservative structure, because a document that cannot be read reliably is not a design choice worth having.
Professional Modern
Free planClean single column, clear section headings. The safe default: parses reliably everywhere.
Strategic Leadership
Free planLeads with a positioning statement and scope, then evidence. For roles judged on judgement, not task lists.
Executive Brief
Serif, unhurried, gold-ruled. For board-level and senior leadership roles where the document is read slowly, once.
Classic Heritage
Centered name, traditional serif. For law, government, academia, and anywhere conservative formatting is the credential.
Compact Analyst
Tighter spacing, indigo headings, more evidence per page. For dense mid-career records that keep spilling to page three.
Quiet Minimal
Lowercase headings, generous air, no rules or color. The evidence does all the talking. For design-literate readers.
2 designs are included on the free plan. The full library comes with any paid plan. Switching design never changes a word of your content.
What every design has in common
Designed for strong machine parsing and human readability using conservative document structures. In practice that means the same four structural rules, in all 6, with no setting that turns them off:
- One reading column. Multi-column layouts can interleave into nonsense when text is extracted in reading order.
- Real headings and real lists. A heading style, not bold text pretending to be one; a list, not a bullet character typed at the start of a line.
- No images, tables, or text boxes. Content some parsers cannot extract at all. There is no way to add any of the three, in any design.
- Standard fonts, text as text. Never an image of words. What a person reads is what a parser reads.
You will notice what this page does not claim: that any of it guarantees passage through a specific applicant tracking system. There is no single ATS, no universal score, and anyone promising one is selling a number no employer computes. What is true is that these documents use conservative structures that parse well, and you can verify that yourself by opening any export and selecting the text.
The design is the last decision, not the first
A well-designed document with nothing behind it still fails the interview. Start with the evidence, then pick how it looks.
