About

The résumé was never the record. It was what survived.

Standing Proof exists because of a pattern that repeats in almost every career: the scale, the metric, the actual outcome (the parts that make a claim checkable) are the first things compressed into a forgettable verb when a résumé gets rewritten from memory, under a deadline, years after the details were fresh. Not because they didn’t matter. Because nobody wrote them down at the time.

So the method doesn’t start with a résumé. It starts with the evidence, captured close to when it happened, a few minutes at a time, so there is something real to draw from whenever the next opportunity actually matters.

Hi, I’m Chevine Anderson

I built the method behind Standing Proof after years on the other side of the interview table, hiring for a range of roles. Candidate after candidate had the skill alignment we needed. What we passed on them for was almost never ability: it was their ability to articulate it, on paper or in the room, clearly enough to hold up.

That’s the gap this exists to close. Not by having an automated system write it for you (that trades one weak spot for another, and it ultimately holds people back), but by helping you find and state the evidence you already have, in your own words, so it holds up when it matters.

You can reach me directly, or find me on LinkedIn. I’m a real person, genuinely trying to change how this works, and I’d like to help you land your next opportunity.

What this refuses to do

AI cannot create new proof here. Every suggestion is grounded in something you already wrote, and a strength the evidence doesn’t support gets flagged rather than shipped, because a fabricated line is a career risk, and it is what gets people caught in interviews. Read the full method for the whole argument, not just the summary.

Where this is going

Nothing here holds a career history hostage: everything Standing Proof stores about you exports in one file, at any time, in full. The manual method works completely by hand at every tier; what changes with a plan is how much you can store and how much reading the AI does for you, never whether the method itself works.
