Terms of Service

Effective August 27, 2026.

These terms govern your use of Standing Proof, operated by Enterprise Professional Systems LLC. By creating an account, you agree to them.

What Standing Proof is (and isn't)

Standing Proof is a tool for capturing, organizing, and compiling your own professional evidence. It helps you understand what an opportunity requires and connect your real experience to it. It is not a guarantee of interviews, offers, or any hiring outcome, and it does not represent you to employers. It’s a place you build evidence, not a place you’re listed or evaluated.

Accounts

  • You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
  • You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account.
  • The information you provide when creating an account should be accurate and kept up to date.

Your content

Everything you write into Standing Proof (Proof Records, job analyses, résumés, and every other output) belongs to you. We store and process it solely to provide the service back to you; we don’t claim ownership of it, and we don’t use it for any purpose beyond running your account.

You’re responsible for the truthfulness of what you write. The method this product is built around exists specifically to help you represent real experience accurately. Standing Proof structures and stores your evidence; it doesn’t verify facts about your employment history, and you shouldn’t use it to fabricate experience you don’t have.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the product to fabricate or misrepresent work history.
  • Attempt to abuse, script, or circumvent usage limits, including the AI-analysis allowances tied to your plan.
  • Share your sign-in with anyone, including to work around plan limits. If you want someone to help with your record, invite them as a collaborator — that is what it is for, and it gives you control a shared login cannot.
  • Attempt to access another user’s data, other than through an invitation they granted you and within its limits, or interfere with the service’s normal operation.

Working with a professional

You can invite a professional into part of your record, and a verified professional can accept such invitations. Both sides carry obligations.

If you are the owner: you decide which records are shared, what the collaborator may do, and for how long. You can revoke at any time and it takes effect immediately. Your record remains yours throughout, and nothing a collaborator proposes becomes part of it unless you accept it.

If you are the professional: you may use what you are shown only to do the work you were invited to do. You may not copy, retain, or reuse a client’s evidence after access ends, use it for anyone other than that client, or introduce claims their evidence does not support. Access is granted to you personally and may not be passed to anyone else.

We verify professionals before they can accept invitations and may decline or withdraw that verification at our discretion, including where we believe a client’s record is at risk. Withdrawing it ends access to every client workspace at once.

Subscriptions and billing

  • Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe, at the prices listed on our pricing page.
  • You can cancel a subscription at any time from account settings.
  • Cancelling stops future billing; we don’t provide refunds for the remainder of a billing period already paid for.
  • Every plan, including the free Starter plan, can run the entire method by hand. Paid plans add storage capacity and AI assistance, not core functionality.

AI-assisted features

AI-assisted modes are optional and exist to help you structure, compare, and express information more effectively, not to invent facts about your experience. Suggestions may be imperfect. You’re responsible for reviewing anything AI-assisted before using it in a real application, the same way you’re responsible for anything you write by hand.

Termination

You may stop using Standing Proof and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including abusive use of AI features or attempts to access other users’ data.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Standing Proof is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We work to keep the service reliable and your data safe, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted availability or any particular career or hiring outcome. To the extent permitted by law, Enterprise Professional Systems LLC isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Enterprise Professional Systems LLC, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to these terms

If we make a material change to these terms, we’ll update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, let you know directly.
