The AI, and what it will not do

It reads a posting and proposes its requirements, then proposes which of your experiences answer each one. You accept, edit or reject every line. It never writes your résumé’s experience lines, and you can keep any experience out of it entirely. What each plan includes:

• Starter: 4 postings/month, worked end to end
• Early Career: AI help on 16 postings/month
• Professional: AI help on 40 postings/month
• Executive: AI help on 150 postings/month

On Starter, the AI that suggests matches and sharpens your interview questions starts once you have five experiences; reading a posting or a résumé does not wait, and nothing you do by hand does either. A résumé read counts toward the month’s postings. When the AI is used up, the free read of a posting by rule and the structural read of a résumé are still there.

On a paid plan the AI starts with your first experience. On every plan, Starter included, you can bring in a past performance review: it is read into experiences you confirm, and counts toward the month’s postings as a résumé read does.

Starter and Early Career suggest matches with a lighter reading than the plans above them: it can miss a match the fuller reading finds. Starter also reads a posting more lightly. On every plan, every suggestion is yours to accept, edit or reject.

Use up your AI before the month resets? Add half your plan’s allowance for the rest of the month from Settings: $3 on Early Career, $7 on Professional, $22 on Executive. It does not renew.

What you actually get

These are the product itself, running on an example account. The names, numbers and history in them are invented; none of it is a real person’s record.

Before you enter a card

The terms that matter most are the ones about leaving, so they are on this page rather than buried in an agreement.

Nothing converts on a date

No. There is no countdown, and nothing converts on a date. You are never charged without choosing a paid plan yourself. If you never upgrade, nothing happens.

Cancelling takes one screen

A paid plan renews at the cadence you chose, each month, every three months or each year, until you cancel it. You cancel from your own account settings, which open the billing portal directly. No phone call, no chat queue, no retention script. Cancelling leaves your evidence intact and moves you back to the free plan.

Moving down deletes nothing

Nothing is deleted, on any plan. Hold more experiences than your plan stores and the ones you have touched least recently freeze: still there, still readable, still yours to export, but not editable and not available as the source for a new match or document. Delete an experience you no longer need and the most recently touched frozen one comes back; move up a plan and they all come back at once. A résumé design you used stays on the résumés and documents already made with it. You can export everything at any time, on any plan.

The record is yours to take

You do. It is your career history. You can export the complete record as a single file whenever you want, and delete it outright from Settings, which destroys everything you entered, permanently. Your sign-in address is kept afterwards so a free grant cannot be claimed repeatedly by deleting and signing up again, and we will remove that too if you ask. See data and trust for the specifics.
