Executive engagement
Career Engineering Engagement
For senior leaders who need their record to hold up in a room where someone asks a second question. Three weeks, two working sessions, three documents, and a permanent record you keep.
Most executive résumé services write for you
You answer questions, a writer produces a document, and the knowledge lives in that file. Six months later the file is stale and you are back where you started, because nothing was built underneath it.
This engagement inverts that. We run the extraction with you, everything recovered goes into your own evidence record, and the documents compile from it. When you need the next version, a different board, a different role, two years from now, you are not starting again.
What is included
A Board Readiness Review
We run the board readiness read together, live: 6 standing committees, what your record documents against each, and what it does not. It happens first because it decides what the rest of the engagement is for.
Two evidence interviews, 90 minutes each
Structured extraction against your portfolio themes rather than a single job. This is the part that recovers what you have forgotten — the numbers, the scope, the decisions you personally made. Everything captured lands in your record with your name on it.
Three documents
A board résumé, a board biography, and an executive résumé, each compiled from evidence you stated. Every line traces to something you said, which is why you can defend all of it.
A gap plan
What you cannot currently evidence, stated plainly, and what would close it. A deliverable, not a pitch for more work.
Twelve months of Executive access
Your account, your record, yours to keep. Not a trial.
What we will not tell you
We will not promise you a role, a board seat, an interview, or a salary increase. Any firm that does is selling you a claim it cannot support, and the whole point of this engagement is that you leave able to support everything you say.
What we will say is narrower and more useful: you will be able to answer any question a committee asks about your own record, because you wrote it.
Who this is not for
If you want someone to write a résumé for you without your involvement, this is the wrong engagement, and we will say so on the call rather than after you have paid. The sessions require you. That is the product, not a limitation of it.
If your evidence is genuinely thin, early in a career, or a background that has not yet carried the scope a board expects, the readiness review will say so, and the honest outcome may be a development plan rather than a board résumé. We would rather tell you that in week one than sell you three documents that overstate you.
$3,500, paid once
It starts with a twenty-minute conversation
Not a demo and not a pitch: a conversation about what you are actually trying to reach, and whether this engagement is the right instrument for it. We only make an offer if we think it is.
Book the conversationAlready decided? Pay $3,500 and book your sessions. No account needed, and no subscription is started.
Four engagements a month, so that each one gets the attention it was sold with. The Executive plan on its own is $59/mo and needs no engagement.
