These Terms will govern your use of standingproof.com and the Standing Proof application, operated by Enterprise Professional Systems, LLC. Standing Proof is a productivity tool that helps you turn your real accomplishments into evidence and generate résumés, interview prep, and readiness analysis from it. It is not a recruiter, employer, or advisor, and it does not guarantee any job, interview, or outcome.

What the full terms will cover

• Eligibility and passwordless accounts
• Plans, the 3-day trial, Stripe billing, cancellation, and refunds
• Your ownership of your content, and the limited license you grant us to operate the Service
• Acceptable use — including no fabricating or misrepresenting credentials
• AI features, disclaimers, and no outcome guarantee (see also our AI Policy)
• Intellectual property, third-party services, disclaimers, liability, and governing law
