Standing Proof is operated by Enterprise Professional Systems, LLC. We turn your real professional accomplishments into evidence — a living Professional Digital Twin — from which résumés, interview prep, and readiness analysis are generated. We built the Service around one principle: your career evidence is yours. You can export all of it or delete it at any time.

The finalized policy will explain, in full, what we collect and why, who processes it on our behalf, and the controls you have — including your ability to opt out of research/product-improvement use of your data at any time from Your Profile → Data & privacy.

What the full policy will cover

• Information we collect (account, profile, your career repository, optional demographics, payment via Stripe, content-free usage, technical data)
• How we use it — and the research/product-improvement opt-out
• How AI features process your data (Anthropic, via our secure proxy)
• Subprocessors we rely on (Supabase, Anthropic, Stripe, Resend, Vercel)
• Your rights — access, export, deletion, correction, and regional rights (GDPR/UK, CCPA/CPRA)
• Students & institutional use, retention, security, international transfers, and children
