Standing Proof uses AI to help you turn your evidence into résumés, cover letters, interview prep, and readiness analysis. Our approach is built on a few commitments: the AI is grounded in your own evidence and instructed not to invent facts; it is human-in-the-loop — you review and edit everything before it's saved or used; it stays career-scoped; and AI-generated content is clearly labeled.

What the full policy will cover

• Where AI is used (Advisor, Asset Studio, Opportunity Intelligence, capture & structuring)
• Our model & provider (Anthropic's Claude, via our secure proxy) and how your data is handled
• Limitations — AI can be wrong, it is not advice, and there is no outcome guarantee
• Honest-use rules — no fabricating or misrepresenting credentials
• Fairness & bias, and the controls you have (edit, reject, delete, opt out of research use)
