Capture your first win
A role says where you were. A win says what you changed. The AI Initiative Studio interviews you and turns a project into structured, defensible evidence.

- Go to Initiatives and click New initiative (or Start with AI).
- Pick a project you're proud of and answer the AI's questions in plain language — it asks about the situation, what you did, and the result.
- Review the structured initiative it drafts. Edit anything that isn't quite right — you always control the words.
- Save it to your library. That's one piece of proof, ready to reuse.
💡 Stuck on which project? Choose the one you'd mention first in an interview. That's usually your strongest evidence.
